Danish Cloud Specialist, CloudPartners, is an Amazon Web Services Partner Network Launch Partner for new AWS EU (Stockholm) Region

Viby J, Denmark, December 12th, 2018: When Amazon Web Services opens three new data centres in Sweden, CloudPartners is ready with competencies and experience in helping companies on the journey to the cloud. CloudPartners joins the Nordic opening of the AWS EU (Stockholm) Region as an Amazon Web Services Partner Network Regional Launch Partner.

The market for cloud services is growing rapidly both globally, in the Nordics, and in Denmark, and AWS, one of the world’s leading cloud services providers, is establishing three new data centres in Sweden.

Aarhus, Denmark-based CloudPartners joins the opening of the AWS data centres as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) Regional Launch Partner when AWS launches the new AWS EU (Stockholm) Region.

CloudPartners is a skilled APN Partner with specialists who cover more than 40 individual AWS Certifications. CloudPartners is also an APN Advanced Consulting Partner who has achieved AWS DevOps Competency statusand accreditation for AWS Public Sector services. This means that CloudPartners can assist clients from the public sector on their journey to the cloud.

CloudPartners can advise and assist customers in the whole process from consideration, planning, implementation and development of applications for the cloud – to the practical operation and supervision of the customers’ cloud projects. CloudPartners offers end-to-end consultancy, implementation, app development services and operation of IT systems that take advantages of AWS’s global infrastructure on the cloud, and CloudPartners’ specialists are already busy helping Danish companies with their cloud agenda.

“In the coming years, companies from the private and public sector will place all or parts of their applications and capacity needs on the cloud,” says Steen Hagengaard, CEO of CloudPartners.

Most organisations today are focused on speed and latency. With three new state-of-the-art data centres in Sweden, AWS customers in Denmark are likely to experience reduced access-time to data. Also, and with the new AWS EU (Stockholm) Region, data will be stored closer to its Danish owners than before.

CloudPartners offers both 100 percent cloud projects – and as something unique – integrate them with the customers’ existing data centres in a hybrid cloud model. This is possible because CloudPartners is closely related to Conscia – one of Denmark’s most competent specialists in networking and Cisco technology. Thus, customers can draw on specialists with all relevant skills for a successful project.

“We expect that Hybrid Cloud solutions will be the preferred model for many larger companies. They can still leverage the advantages from investments they have made in own data centres and combine them with cloud solutions where they make most sense,” explains Hagengaard.
